At G Water Treatment, we offer the AMF-IX Series Ion Exchange Systems, designed to provide customized, engineered media solutions for a wide range of contaminants. Our modular, pre-engineered, and factory-assembled ion exchange skids are available in duplex and triplex configurations and can be tailored to meet specific customer needs.

The G Water AMF-IX Series integrates advanced technology and process engineering to deliver high-performance ion exchange solutions for industrial, municipal, and commercial applications. These systems are designed for ease of maintenance, minimal footprint, and quick delivery, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional ion exchange methods.

Our ion exchange systems utilize Anion and Cation Ion Exchange media, depending on the application, to reduce contaminants such as Nitrates, Hardness, PFAS, TOC, Boron, Ammonia, and others. This ensures effective removal of targeted contaminants, resulting in high-quality water for a wide variety of applications.

All of our systems are built using durable materials, including Epoxy Coated Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, or FRP vertical pressure tanks. For highly corrosive applications, we also offer rubber lining as an option for added protection. Our systems can be supplied with either ASME code stamping or a non-ASME conforming option, depending on customer requirements. Additionally, face piping can be delivered in Stainless Steel, PVC/CPVC SCH80, Ductile Iron, or epoxy-coated steel. Our control panels are available with any NEMA rating, with standard NEMA 4 unless specified otherwise.

With flow rates ranging from 15 to 1,000 GPM (20,000 to 1,500,000 GPD), our systems are engineered to provide high-purity water with fast installation and simple utility connections, ensuring rapid start-up and minimal downtime.
